Welcome to Follow The White Rabbit, Inc. ("Follow The White Rabbit," "Gobi," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gobi's products, software, hardware devices, services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Overview

Gobi provides a connected ecosystem designed to help you capture, structure, and interact with your personal knowledge and lived context through integrated software and hardware products.

Our ecosystem includes:

  • Gobi software: your personal second brain platform for capturing, organizing, connecting, generating, and managing your knowledge, insights, tasks, and contextual data.
  • Gobi hardware: wearable hardware, including AI-powered glasses and future certified devices capable of securely capturing audio, visual, motion, and contextual signals.

Your use of any Gobi product or service is governed by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Description of Services

Gobi provides:

  • A personal knowledge management platform (“Gobi Desktop”)
  • AI-powered contextual processing and automation
  • Hardware devices that capture sensory input (camera, microphone, IMU)
  • Optional community features (“Gobi Space”)

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate insights, summaries, tasks, and recommendations.

5. AI Limitations & No Professional Advice

The Services may generate outputs using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect
  • Outputs are informational only
  • Gobi does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made based on outputs

Do not rely on AI outputs without independent verification where appropriate.

6. Hardware & Sensory Capture Disclosure

Gobi Sense devices may include cameras, microphones, and motion sensors.

By using Gobi Sense, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for complying with all recording and privacy laws
  • You will not use the device for unlawful surveillance
  • You will obtain consent where required by law

Gobi is not responsible for misuse of hardware or violations of third-party rights.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“User Content”).

By using the Services, you grant Gobi a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Store
  • Process
  • Analyze
  • Display

your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your personal knowledge or data.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services and APIs at your

direction — for example, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Slack. Your use of

those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms

and policies. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Gobi

account settings, which revokes Gobi's access on a going-forward basis.

Google API Services

Data and content accessed from your connected Google account through Google

APIs ("Google User Data") is not "User Content" for purposes of these Terms

and is **not** licensed to Gobi under the User Content license in Section 7.

Gobi's handling of Google User Data is governed by the "Use of Google API

Services" section of our

[Privacy Policy](https://gobihq.com/privacy-policy), including its

commitments under the

[Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy)

(Limited Use). In particular, Gobi will not use Google User Data to develop,

improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or

machine-learning models, will not sell it, and will not use it for

advertising.

9. Community Features (Gobi Space)

If you publish content publicly:

  • You are responsible for what you post
  • You grant Gobi a license to display and distribute that content within the platform
  • You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How we process it
  • Your rights

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with platform security
  • Scrape or harvest data
  • Use the Services to build a competing product

12. Intellectual Property

All Gobi software, hardware designs, branding, and content (excluding User Content) are the property of Gobi or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • License

any part of the Services without written permission.

13. Fees & Payments

Certain features may require payment.

By purchasing:

  • You agree to pay listed fees
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

14. Beta Services

Some features may be labeled “Beta.”

Beta features:

  • May be unstable
  • May change or be discontinued
  • Are provided “as is” without warranties

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect platform integrity

You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Gobi disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy of AI outputs

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Gobi shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Hardware misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gobi in the prior 12 months.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gobi from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of laws
  • Your violation of third-party rights

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in California.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.

If changes are material, we will notify users.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
