Product Lead
Location: Korea
Key Roles
- Lead for Gobi Desktop (PKM): Overseeing the desktop product for personal knowledge management.
- Lead for Gobi Space (Social layer of PKM): Defining a new spatial experience that combines knowledge sharing with a social layer.
- Community and Ecosystem Building: Fostering local user communities and ecosystems centered around Gobi products.
- Domestic Business Development: Monetizing and commercializing Gobi products in the domestic market.
Core Qualifications
- Quick Learner and Action Taker: Someone who absorbs context rapidly and takes initiative (most important).
- Context Obsessed: Deep interest and high literacy in personal knowledge management (PKM), productivity tools, and AI tools.
- AI Native: Experience utilizing AI tools like Claude, spending over $100 monthly, and pushing the product's limits.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: Ability to carve out a path in undefined 0→1 situations without a set manual.
- Bilingual: Proficient in both Korean and English for effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- PKM Experience: Experience in building and operating a personal PKM system or managing related communities.
- Development Skills and Experience: Familiarity with prototyping or understanding of development (even a little is a big plus).
- Early Startup Experience: Proven experience leading product growth in an early-stage startup.
